Ridiculously Flawed

Just as previous reviews have stated, this app needs a lot of work. First, it automatically kicks you out. I have to continuously sign back in at the most inconvenient times. Second, it doesn't remove coupons after they've been used. Talk about confusing! Because the coupons are there until they expire, you don't have as many savings as you think you have. On top of that, the app doesn't allow you to manually unload used coupons. The final straw was when I first downloaded it and received a five dollar off coupon as a new app customer. I loaded it on to my card, and it completely disappeared before I used it. The app cheated me out of a five dollar savings! Giant needs to get a new tech team to address these issues so this app can be user-friendly like their competition's app.

I can't creat an account because it says my email is already in use. I can't get a password sent to my email because my email isn't in the system....... it's not worth this much work for groceries.

The developers need to improve this app immediately. There is no reason that users should have to constantly log into this app especially after updates. The updates have not significantly improved the application.

Update: I've been using this app for a couple of years and still find it very useful. However, there are two annoying issues that they should resolve. 1. Even though I check the box to stay logged in, I almost always have to log in when I go to the app. Not a big deal unless I'm standing in the store trying to look up a coupon and can't get cell service until I walk to the front of the store. 2. Fix it so the coupons disappear once they have been used. I keep getting messages that they are working to fix the problem, but I doubt they really are. I almost didn't download this app because of all of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. I haven't experienced any of the problems people complained of, and it is a very useful. The shopping list can be sorted by department, expiration dates for my points are shown, and no more digging for my rewards card at checkout.

Please give us the ability to delete coupons we don't want to use. Unused ones just sit and sit and sit until eternity. Makes it non-exciting to scroll through since one doesn't know which are new ones and which have been sitting there since the beginning of time.

No success using this app - every time, it tells me my account needs to be updated. Have to go to website. Spend five minutes updating my account. Website won't accept my email address because "there's already an account associated with it." Uh, no sh*t. Use a different email address, fill everything out, get "we cannot update your account at this time." EVERY TIME. So unbelievably frustrating, I can't even. Literally.

Can't sort coupons and they're not in any logical order (such as departments) so you have to mindlessly scroll thru hundreds of products. Why should I have to load individual deals to my card? Just give me the best price! Deleting this piece of craap!
