Still a horrible app

YOU ARE LOSING SALES because of this miserable app! I don't bother going to any store where I can't reliably use electronic coupons or sales. Frequently "forgets" login information. Used "one time" coupons aren't removed, and no way to delete or know when they've been used. No indication where items are in the store (you lost several sales to me yesterday, because I couldn't find the products). No reasonable way to sort the available coupons, so it's just endlessly scrolling through hundreds of options, all mixed up through various categories.

For over a year the app has displayed a notification apologizing for the sad fact that saved coupons will continue to be displayed even after they've been used, along with a promise that the company is working to fix it. More than a year later it is hard to believe that's actually true.

Latest update seems to resolve many bugs that were reported before (just keep reading). To the programmers: keep doing a good job!

Please include a way to sort (product type, expiration date) and search through the coupons you’ve already loaded. Also, coupons should be removed from view after they’re used.

Update: 29 December 2017 The user interface is a lot better and is now a lot more robust. However, still not possible to delete coupons and since I deleted my card from my Apple Wallet I just noticed that the add card to Apple Wallet does not work. It says card can’t be added at this time - please try again later every time I try. One can load coupons to one's card but can't remove them once they have been added (for example if they have been added by mistake). Also, the coupons in the main list can't be removed either so one has to constantly wade through pages of coupons that are not of interest to find ones that are of value. Lastly, it good that you can add your Giant card as a pass to the Apple wallet but the pass appears on the Apple Watch without the barcode which makes it unusable.

The cashier tells me to get this app every time I go there. Finally downloaded it and have been trying for 3 weeks to create an account but receive an error message every time. "We are unable to create your account at this time, please try again later"

App used to be only good for coupons. Now, I can’t load coupons because the app says I need to be signed in. I then try to sign in and it tells me that I need to update my email address. I update my email address and then I’m taken right back to the sign-in page! ?? It’s like “Groundhog Day” over & over again. Sooooo, now I do most of my shopping at Wegmans (which has an awesome app, BTW) and a local family-owned grocery store. I’m done w/ Giant in MD.

Please add more functionality!

Many good and some great features. Very good App, thanks! Please add the ability to view and to print shopping list by section and by isle and use proximity notification sensors for coupons that I have loaded by isle. So... as I go through the store layout, the coupons I have loaded display on my phone as I move through the store. Or match up my coupons loaded with the grocery list feature — automatically add item to my grocery list when I select to load a coupon. Then allow me to sort my grocery list by store layout in view or print the list mode, with coupon items highlighted or tagged! That would be great and I’d use more coupons and it would help me stock up more efficiently!!! Isn’t that one of the purposes of the App?!!! Thanks!

Adding items in store to card does not work. I did not get the discount. When items are purchased they do not disappear from the card and if you buy again you do not get the discount. How am I supposed to remember what I have purchased or not. Also need ability to hide items say if I do not have a baby I do not want to scroll pages of baby items every time I go shopping. Also pictures should be larger or zoom able to make sure I am getting the correct item. I have used the app and discounts to try many new items which I liked and will get again
