How clever of you as a grocery store chain. Make a digital coupon that can only be accessed through the Giant app that has technical difficulties. How clever indeed. That not a sale; that’s a scam! Long time Customer

Yesterday I bought a bag of your frozen party wings to cook for a special dinner for my family. I went and defrosted it and the chicken inside was butchered! Down to the bone. I am very disappointed considering I use giant as a primary food supply place for me and my family. I am disappointed and upset that my meal is placed on hold and I have to take yet another trip to giant to get the same things twice.

Why make an app that you have to scroll through hundreds of entries to save .50? I hate standing in the store scrolling through coupons. Then, you have to “Load to Card” to get the discount. And, frequently, the discounts don’t appear on check-out—even though I’m buying the exact product and quantity specified! At least put a “Load All Coupons” button to save me time.

Not only does it hold my “clipped” coupons electronically and apply them when I check out, I also get discounts on fuel and rewards for my grandsons elementary school. The app itself is a bit hard to edit on my mobile device. But saving money makes up for it. Yesterday I saved $26 on a $127 total order. The gas discount and school rewards were in addition. Get the app. Use it and save!

This app keeps telling me that I need to update my info but won’t allow me to, so it won’t let me proceed to the app. SO ANNOYING.

Digital coupons are fantastic, but today the app is requesting my address and email account, which one has to input when signing up! But today it’s replying with an error. So Im lockout on the day I intend to go shopping and I need the app.
Can’t create account

Seems like this app might make me shop at Giant more often because of the coupons, but for over a week now I have been unable to create an account. I receive a message that says “We are unable to create your account at this time, please try again later.”
Not lefty- friendly

The functionality has improved but it would be nice to have a lefty mode where the plus buttons are on the left so I can see what I’m doing.
