I like the app. It’s much better than fumbling with paper coupons. I wish the app would have a category of coupons for produce; there is no such category to filter by, which makes me wonder if there are ever any coupons for produce. There used to be coupons all the time in the weekly ad. I also wish there was a way of removing coupons you’ve already reviewed and decided you don’t need; as it stands I have to keep reviewing the same coupons on the list every week just to check for anyone’s that are new. It’s inefficient and wastes my time, which I hate.

Would be great if you would add the ability to remove items by date as in expired coupons or soon to expire coupons if you would add the ability to synchronize between other accounts like on the laptop it would actually be nice if you would offer us the option for custom settings within our account so that we could specify to automatically remove expired items to automatically synchronize our lists it would be very helpful. please consider this

I loaded the app to get my rewards card in Wallet. Doesn’t work, so for me the app is worthless.

The one thing you want from a grocery store app is for it to tell you where to find things in then store. This app is too busy pushing ads at you to do anything useful like that.

Absolutely no value add From this App. Only shopping App I’ve ever seen without any organization by aisle or type. Just endless scroll of products only sortable alphabetically.

Freebie of the week charged me so it wasn’t free. Also, I asked support to delete my data and they refuse to do so. Giant is such a terrible company.

Absolutely the worst app. Creating an account, validations, total user experience is horrible. It was developed by amateurs. Don’t waste your time.

I had no issues at all. This version worked perfectly. No need to sort through many items. Refine your search to narrow down your selection. Automatically built my shopping list and loaded the coupons. Check out was a breeze. I am 65 years old, if I can do it, you certainly can,

This app is poorly organized, poorly thought through, and poorly executed. I’m glad I like the physical food store, because if this was my first exposure to Giant, I would never shop there. Come on Giant, act like you’re a 21st-century company and release a decent app to help your shoppers.

It states that my username and pw are incorrect when I attempt to login. The same user/pass work on desktop, just not mobile. I’ve carefully tried several times. Possibly the app is useful, I just won’t know until the mobile and desktop accounts connect. Maybe I need two accounts? No way to know, customer support’s only suggestion was to “disable” the app and try again.
