At a time where my Verizon and Comcast bills are getting out of hand, I need help!! I'm busy guy and really don't have time to talk shop with either company. GetHuman to the rescue - Fantastic.

After the new update the app is working again. For me this app as a problem solver tools so I do like it. As I promised I just updated my review with five big stars. Wonderful app. Thanks a lot.

All searches come up no result. Way back when was a great app to cut thru red tape to get to company of choice and get a human customer service response. But now get human itself has no results and no human to help resolve ..Regardless of this latest release that indicates these bugs are fixed nice knowin you while you lasted. DELETE!!

Explained the problem I'm having with my Instagram and told gethuman that using the automated system at Instagram is not working and that reaching a real life human being was the only way to fix my account. They assured me they do this all the time, that they have a direct line to instragram personell, and would have my account fixed in days. It's been four weeks and I had to demand a refund. Literally all they were doing is filling out the same electronic forums I had already done hundreds of times, which I reiterated numerous times to the gethuman "case worker," and received absolutely no help at all. Worthless.

I've used this app twice now to try to get through to Sprint and Mediacom. All the numbers listed on this app for both were automated systems with no way to get to a human. I had better luck with a general internet search.

This app was a fantastic idea and has plenty of potential as a general hire-to-call for you service. Looking forward to seeing what new features and developments this app can offer!
