Has gotten way too complicated...

App now requires you to fulfill a lengthy questionnaire before call back. Call backs are not as dependable - getting down to about 50% of what they used to be (5 years ago). Onward, and backward, GetHuman!

Needed to contact the three major credit agencies to correct an error / used get human and got through with almost no waiting / on my own was stuck in machine prompt limbo ! Highly recommend!

I’m very busy and rarely have the time to navigate phone menus etc. get human has helped me dozens of times reaching customer services for various companies

had an issue with US Postal service so of course it can’t be fixed with one call. after the first call back, it asks if the issue was fixed or not. if you answer yes it says great your problem was fixed and will not offer you another call back. if you say it was not fixed it doesn’t offer you a call back option either.

Constant crashes and hangs. If there is an error, which happens all the time, there is no “back” button. You have to terminate the app and start over. Was on my phone for about five hours, then I deleted it. Far too frustrating.

Ironically this app provides no customer service. Opened tickets with two different companies yesterday and never heard back from them. Not sure if this app is any help anymore. :-/

Some national corporations are not available on gethuman. Otherwise, this app is fantastic. It feels as if you are cutting in line to reach customer support. Should your waiting time be too long, the app provides an option to have the business contact you instead without bumping you from the que.

This is awesome but has some issues that can absolutely be worked out and turned into a very big app from what I can see. Don’t let another perfect it! Also you should tell people about this! I only found this by searching for an app that could give me multiple numbers! Great find.
