Very nice interface. Very sleek and simple. A wonderful upgrade to a very useful app. Keep up the great work, guys (& gals)!!!

Please bring back your full list of Companies. I'm your best fan. I'm always showing you App to someone. Much better showing all the Companies to choose from and still can search for another.

Love it! If you are like me and dislike voice-prompt systems, the you'll love this app!

I have used this app for years and loved it. Until this version I did not know how to review it. The only problem: not enough companies included. I could not locate El Al airlines today. Other companies missing other times. But when it works, it's time saver and at times a lifesaver. Especially the call back feature.

It's not as advertised anymore. It doesn't do anything but ask the same stupid question 'do you want the call instructions during your call?' Click yes but it never dials the number or does anything else. It's terrible. No information anymore its useless. Don't waste your time

I can no longer find email addresses with this "service". I am positive they have been paid to remove them as they use to be there.

*Updated review: This app has never failed me, it's now good to look at (updated design), it has save me time, it has been free, why the hell are people complaining? Would still like to see the ability to have "favorites", though the developer has added more companies in the database. Thank you, developer of GetHuman. Original review: I love gethuman.com on the web, and now this simple, fast app. The creator of it has saved thousands of people many hours and brain cells, and thus deserves to be called a consumer hero. However the app is missing companies that the website has. One example is Wave Broadband. Also the app is not very elegant looking, and could use a refresh. One feature that would be icing on the cake is an option to save a # as a Favorite. English is a hero. Thanks :)
