Just in case anyone hasn't noticed, it's becoming harder and harder to track down "customer support" information for more and more large companies, (I'm looking at you Verizon Wireless and you Amazon). Get Human is a wonderful free service that gets you this information fast. I'm relatively new to the actual app, but have been using their website for months and they have never let me down. Definitely a must-have.

Wonderful App! The information provided allowed me to directly contact the VP in charge of Customer Service, who responded personally within 3 hours at 11pm. I believe it was the actual VP b/c I first received an "out of office" reply with an expected return date and alternate contact. The actual problem resolution is TBD.

The most important feature is the add phone number feature. Apparently we differ on how this should work. My perspective would be that I add a number and it would allow me to use the features of the app. Their version is a simply typing practice with no way to save or ACTUALLY CALL THE NUMBER YOU TYPED.

What a fantastic service. I have tried the app for multiple companies, especially the "Call me back" option. It's awesome! Who wants to deal with those automated menus and stay on hold forever. I can't believe this is free.
