Only drawbacks are you can't review a company with the app. Plus the mobile site only allows you to log in with Facebook or gmail but once you are in you still can't review a company.

I have many apps for many purposes. I don't use this app daily, like some apps. I use it when I need it and it is a life saver. So far I've reached actual people to fix problems every time I've had a need. Something I couldn't do with phone numbers I'd spend lots of time digging up on the Internet. Some of the numbers or suggestions may need updating. I don't know. All I know is my success rate has been 100 percent. Thanks guys for taking a great idea and turning it into one of my most valuable apps!

Don't go one day longer without this app, unless you never call a company that makes you go through an annoying bunch of menus and talking computers that usually get you nowhere. This will save you hours of frustration. And use the call back feature - it works.

Nothing more can be said, it works every time. Tried to contact Canon support unsuccessfully every time but not with this apps help. 1/4/2016: found it impossible to contact UPS no matter what I did. Used this app. Got a phone call back and was able to rectify the problem. No other app can do this. Worth it's weight in gold.

Does exactly what it says. Shaves off a huge amount of time when calling these companies. It also has just about every number you can possibly need.

This that could be helpful, but I tried to do an update the other day and they will not. In fact, I've been trying for several days and it just keeps saying there's been an error updating so I'm not sure if they continue to update this program or not.
