I physically can’t login to the app the website is fine but when I hit login it just brings me to the login page. It doesn’t say that anything was wrong it just doesn’t do anything.

I got the app to order food for school, and at first it worked perfectly, but now all the restaurants show that they are closed, yet I look up the hours and most of them are open, it’s pretty frustrating and inconvenient and hopefully you guys can fix this hug

Unfortunately, the app crashes every time you try to open it still. I need to download it every time I want to use it. Awesome concept, poor execution.

Greatly designed app, but a lot of connection issues

The app worked great for months and then about a few weeks ago the app would randomly log me out and say it was having connection issues, preventing me from viewing my balances or my account information. The list of universities wouldn’t even pop up for me to select and log back in. I would have to delete the app and redownload it for it to work for a few days before the issue would restart again. Not sure if the issue is due to a new update or with my school’s network, but I would like to have it resolved as this app use to be the most efficient way for me to check my balances.

Worked until upgrade. Now the app shuts down without loading, at least in most recent iOS. Please fix.

App says my student is added to iPhone and Apple Watch but in fact it only shows on my Apple Watch. It is not on my phone’s wallet app no matter how many times I deleted and installed it. By the way, app’s interface looks like an alpha version and works like crap. Can’t believe this thing is used by universities around this first-world country.

I have a iPhone 8 plus and everytime I try to add my Utk vol card it won't add. My friends can use this app but I can't :/ idk what's wrong with it

App works fine for my student son, but we have difficulty adding funds to the account. The app doesn’t recognize our bank debit cards and there is no electronic check option. The only option is to use a credit card which we seldom use.
Worked great before update

Love how quickly I can add money to my card through the app. Very smooth and easy. However, since the update it now rounds up. Recently, I purchased an item that was $5.74. Even though the app said I had $6, my account was insufficient. Luckily, I had a couple quarters on me.
