So I made an account a while ago and when my mom went in the website to send me funds it didn’t work at all. It said I wasn’t registered. How could I not be registered but have a working account?
No longer works
Back in the word
New update since last time I used the app. It shows no account configured and I cannot add funds. So it is useless.

When I added money to my employee badge it never was added to it but it was taking from my account and I tried to cal and it wasn’t it was a totally different company I want my money back
Parent Login

Please create a separate parent login with unique credentials for the App so that I can easily add funds to my child’s accounts. The funds take 24 hours to post to the account when adding funds online through the website and I do not think it is wise to share credentials for the App.

Constant glitches

The “History” feature of the Get Mobile app rarely works. Click on it and you get the “spinning wheel” and the app locks up. The History feature is most helpful to see transactions by date but it rarely works. Just did the update today (9/25/18) and the History glitch is still not fixed.

Tired of the constant updates. Just figure out how to make it work! This application merely reloads money. It’s not Facebook. Pls figure this out.
