Great idea, slow app

The app is a great idea, but it tends to be slow and glitchy. It would be so much better if it allowed you to add your card to Apple Wallet, that way I wouldn’t have to fumble with the app every time I just need to scan my card
Text Too Small

Why is the text so small? The whole point of using an app is to take full advantage of the screen real estate. When I need to add funds to my account, I sometimes do this when I’m sitting at a traffic light on my way to work. I can barely see it! About 50% of the screen isn’t even being utilized. Why? I just think the UI is backwards. It is functional but can be made SO much more user friendly and easier on the eyes. Thanks.
Why does this app not work for Roger Williams University?

RWU uses the GET service and the web site works fine, but although RWU shows as a selection on the app it does not authenticate using the correct credentials. Please resolve this issue.
Not working recently

This app is great but since the update it has been causing me problems. The title screen opens and then goes black and closes the app. I can’t access any of the info to my account. I tried downloading and refreshing the app multiple times but nothing has worked.
Crashing on iPhone XR

System updates are up to date, and GET crashes every time I try to open the app. Did not have this problem on my old 5s. Please fix ASAP — very important as a student to track my finances.
Too many glitches

I’ve been experiencing too many glitches. when I open the app, it immediately closes and I can’t access it when I’m getting ready to pay so that’s very inconvenient. If there wasn’t any glitches it would be a good app for college
