Crashing all the time

App crashes every time I open the app. I had to delete and reinstall again and to use it.
Can’t open the app

Can’t open it after I close the app for the first time. Had to re-download it and it only open ONCE for me. The second time it would jump back to the home page.

I can never actually use this app because it always struggles with “communication issues” whether I am using WiFi or LTE

I upgraded to a new phone (iPhone XR, for reference) and now the app keeps crashing. I deleted it and redownloaded and it opened correctly the first time but then crashes every time thereafter no matter whether I’m on WiFi or LTE. Please address whatever this bug is!

The application cannot be closed as we close all the other apps, it has to be open. And once I tried to close it - it keeps crashing! Opens up to some page and blanks out and crashes.
Great app but it crashes ALL THE TIME

It would be a great app if it didn’t crash after I used it only one time. After I use it one time, it crashes and I have to delete the app, reinstall it, and put my info in again just to use it. Not very convenient.
Not working with IPhone XR?

I love the app it’s been working fine and very easy to use! But I recently upgraded my phone to the iphoneXR and now the app looks like its opening then a gray screen then it closes out! I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times, it opens I can view my account then once I close it cannot reopen? What’s going on?

Every single time I want to use this app I need to delete it and redownload it, it will crash every time that I open it after the initial download and information put in.
The update

So before the new update I was able to get food delivered when I requested it, but now you can’t order food at all. The app shows you you’re dinning account and things like the places open, but it doesn’t have the main thing which is to work on the pick ups and deliveries.
