Hi. My institution chose this system and apparently it doesn’t work with your get mobile app. Could you please update this app to be more usable. Example: It would be useful if the app selected the closest door automatically. Apple wallet integration would be excellent but I understand that’s at the University’s discretion. A sleeker overall UI. Current is extremely clunky.

C is tired
i couldn’t get this app to authenticate me to use it for a solid 10 minutes, but i found if you drag down on the duo authentication notification to approve instead of clicking on it so it takes you out of the app, it actually works! seems if you exit the app it won’t finish the authentication process.

It works, if you have full service signal and 3 bars of WiFi. Most of the time it depends on your luck. I never knew one could get such anxiety trying to open a door till I was given this app.

For goodness sake, what’s the point of having an app to do something as important as unlock or lock a door, if it never works?! So frustrating

You would think that an app this simple would have hardly any room to go wrong, but somehow they proved me wrong. The app hardly works, has an non-intuitive interface, has many bugs, and is simply a horrible app. It struggles to log in, constantly has network errors, it’s an absolute pain to use. Come on, can you do any worse than this?

Need an ability to add favorites to the main page. The search page keeps clearing the list and the keyboard does not disappear.

Let me start by saying the app has worked for me a few times, so I know they way I am using it can lead to it being successful. The vast majority of the time, though, it says the reader is too far from the phone. My phone could be touching the reader, and it still has this error.
