I suggested that there should be a favorites button on the homepage but gas buddy did not see fit to include that in their update. I also requested they geographically categorize your favorites so not to scroll through nonessential stations. Not interested in achievements only utility.

THE WORST update EVER Bring back the old version

This has to be the worst update EVER, Fonts are too small, background color makes it hard to read,Oops something went wrong reporting prices message pops up more and more. Lots of useless bells and whistles that do nothing to improve app functionality. Somebody tried to impress the boss and it failsI know Gasbuddy won't listen but BRING back the Old version until you can create something that works

The only positive is that i like the new look. It's aesthetically pleasing, but the app is utter trash now! I never write reviews, but im so disappointed by the update, i was compelled to throw in my two cents :(

New UI is horrible!

The UI is now far less about usability and are more on profitability. The buttons that are easiest to access no longer have anything to do with functionality.

Prices are unreliable

I find that the prices at gas stations are often wrong. Obviously people are entering/confirming incorrect prices to rack up points. One time the latest incorrect price update was less than 20 minutes before I arrived. And another station that had been closed for over 3 months had a price update from the day before. Without reliable gas prices, this app is not useful.

New UI is unreadable

It may be pretty but the colors and font size make it almost impossible to use in a car with sunglasses. The designers took over and blew it big time: Light green numbers on white background, fonts that are tiny and impossible to read in real world use (in a car on a dash mount while wearing sunglasses), and touch areas that are so small you tap the wrong thing most of the time. The old app was ready to use and see, and now it's almost unusable. The one star reviews are overwhelming because the UI/UX redesign failed. If you can use and see the app is the best ever. But you go from five stars to one with this redesign.

Maps and Maps

This app shows mostly maps where I live. Look close and see gas prices. I sent feedback and they said touch icon in upper left conner. Mine says iPad. No way to get rid of maps??

Do not like new version

I totally dislike the new version of this app. My location is none of your business. I used the list of other cities to plan when to buy gas at a good price when traveling. I hate having that feature removed. I will now stop using this app.
