How do you earn points now? I report every price at stations I’m in front of. I complete most challenges every day yet I have only 55,000 points and the leader has 250,000. I’m obviously missing something

Not the apps fault I went to the gas station after I got my card and activated it everything was working I removed the nozzle start filling. Stopped at four cents so I lost my $.15 off. Is there a way I can get this back
Lacking direct feedback mechanism from within the app

Many versions ago, the feedback feature which was in the settings portion of the app was removed. There is no easy way to communicate with the GB folks about problems with the app or to make suggestions. You have to go to the GB website and send an email thru the contact us option. No, the current "feedback" mechanism you have is not good. You replaced a direct feedback mechanism which could be done from within the settings menu of the app with a vehicle which now requires 4+ clicks and takes the user out of the app and into the website "contact us" mechanism. It is not user friendly, easy or intuitive like the former from within the app feedback provided. It is apparent you really do not want feedback since you took something short and concise and stretched it out to many steps and made it less user friendly. Why should you have to exit the app? Does not make sense. It is ok to have a secondary website based way to provide feedback, but not if it is the primary and only way to do so.

Issue activating GB card

It’d be awesome if I could save $$ at the pump but it doesn’t look like that’ll happen!! Got my card in the mail in October 2017 & for some reason I never received deposits to activate my Gas Buddy card. The app says to call customer service if you have trouble activating it. Well that’s a joke because I’ve called numerous times & every time I get “no one is available to take your call please leave a message”. I’ve left multiple messages & no one has returned my call. I even tried emailing but it’s also automated responses & my issue still hasn’t been resolved!

Thank you Gas Buddy for resolving my problem. Turned out to be a filter I set in error!! can no longer access the Buc-ee’s gas station on Main Street in Pearland, TX. I can view their logo in the right place but I can’t access it. It they would fix this problems in all their updates I would give the app 5 stars. HELP please!!!
Don't waste gas driving to a station that doesn't accept Gas Buddy

Just tried to use this service for the first time, at a gas station I was directed to by the app, and after trying it twice was told by the attendant they don't accept it. Called customer service... Waited on hold... Then was disconnected after a while because there was nobody available to help. Do not waste your time with this app.

It is taking up all of my battery up in this version. Even the app is not opened, even when it is forced closed. 1.6hrs worth of wasted battery. On iPhone x.
