WHY NOT SAVE MONEY ON GAS?

Gas Buddy is Easy to Use and a Great Way to Track Your Gas Purchases. For Me it is an Excellent Tool to Track My Expenditures! Some people I have recommended Gas Buddy to only want to use a Credit Card for Their Auto Gas. Will Gas Buddy Give one that option in the future? I can understand why it wouldn’t since the credit card companies would probably charge a fee and that would defeat the benefit of “savings”. I Enjoy Gas Buddy!and the Savings!

Great App. Except .....

Great App but only 1 star due to way to many advertisements have been added now and I feel it slows down the time to report gas prices due to the constant pop up adds popping up blocking the reporting screen until you clear the annoying pop up. I'd rather have an option to buy this app for a one time fee without ANY advertising on the app. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for all the useless and stupid pop ups.

Gas Buddy used to be a good website and app. However anymore it is more interested in shilling for the oil companies instead of helping the consumers. Yesterday when I reported fraudulent prices at a closed station I got a computer generated response which basically said it was my responsibility to correct wrong prices. I’ve been a member for 14 years but after that I will not be posting anymore prices since GasBuddy no longer feels it is their duty to police their site. So saydee1 and jswitzer, post as many wrong prices as you want because I’m not wasting my time anymore trying to help others save on fuel!!!!
No way to show credit prices by default

Come on gas buddy. Many of us want to see the credit price, not the cash price. Such and easy and useful fix.

If Gas Buddy was looking to make the app more difficult and take more steps, the update succeeds. If they were looking to reduce the number of station reports, it will do that too. Problems with blank screens in price purporting are frustrating. Not returning to the station list after reporting (if you can finally get a rendered screen) is another added step and raises the question of whether the report was sent. None of these occurred in prior versions.
