If I buy a new phone, all my data from activities and steps should auto transfer. It’s goofy I can’t easily see data from even earlier this week!!!!

Once again Garmin has broken sync. I love Garmin products but they have the worst software engineers.

I have always had connection issues between the Garmin Vivoactive watch and IOS. I don’t dare move the phone far enough away to loose Bluetooth. Occasionally things work out and the devices will pair but most of the time I cannot get my iPhone and the watch to sync. The watch is the best smart watch I’ve owned but it just does not like to stay connected to my iPhone 7+.

I just bought Garmin Vivoactive 3 and every time I want to add credit card info in the app, app just stops working. Please fix this, thanks. Other than that everything work fine :)

Bluetooth sync between Garmin devices and the iOS app ha been broken for *three months*. Garmin keeps saying they’re working on it but three months is an absurd amount of time for a core feature to be broken. Stay away from their overpriced junk.

It’s a good app, might just be doing too much

With the huge number of features garmin and its various devices support, the app may just be suffering from trying to do too much. But it’s still a fun tool to have. - sync times with smart devices is a little touchy. I have to re-pair the watch several times. - it’s not clear which data source has Priority, for example sleep tracking data - requires connection to internet to do anything. That’s dumb. Cache the past month or something and let me look at my data when I’m out in the woods

I have been a devoted Garmin user for about 10 years. That devotion is quickly waning. This app is driving me nuts and making me seriously consider buying a different brand. It takes several attempts to sync, when it does sync it takes a long time. I have to open and close the app several times to actually view my workout. Forget about sharing my workout with anybody! It takes a minor miracle to text or email the link. With Christmas money in my pocket, look out Polar, here I come.

Can’t ask for much more in an activity tracking app. Garmin leads the field in finding ways the GPS technology can enhance human activity. It’s wonderful to have a user friendly app to complement the product.

Bad Bluetooth Connectivity issues

When the app works it’s absolutely awesome. However, there is an issue with the Vivoactive HR that I own and the BT connection. The only fix they offer is to reboot my phone every time I want to sync the info. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Garmin, please fix this issue. I love the watch and the app. It was better before the last update.

So disappointed. I’ve used garmin watches forever and just got the Fenix 5s, but it stopped connecting to app and is useless. Very frustrating for my ironman training
