This is an excellent app works very well and I can sign in perfectly , it gives me enough information for what I need and does not give me problems. The general manager at the highland location recommended this app and he is the coolest person in the movie theater business!

I can never log in to this app. I can log in to the website just fine but not the app.
Crashes and minimal security

The (older) app tended to crash a lot, and I can only hope that the security is better than on the website (no https). The website and the app should have https for ALL information transmitted.
Only worked for me once. Too slow now.

This app has only worked for me when I first downloaded it. Bought my tickets and everything. Since then however, it's too slow and won't load anything anymore. Please fix.

Use to be a great app! But lately refuses to load so we are unable to purchase tickets or check show times.

This app used to work. Nothing even loads anymore. I can't go see a movie if I can't see what's available or what seats are taken. Get it together galaxy.
Really shouldn't have to buy more seats than necessary

If I could give this app zero stars I would. The app is slow... and bad enough the theater closest to me basically requires that I have to purchase tickets in advance to any show I want to go, but if there are only 3 seats left in the row that I want, the app will not let me purchase two tickets because there is a vacant space. I shouldn't have to purchase 3 tickets for 2 seats because your app is dumb.

I get the tickets from my dad's work and when I try to scan them with the camera or type the code in myself it just says "Sorry something went wrong please try again later" I waited a day but still didn't work. :/
Can't log in

Have tried for months to reset my password and log on. It won't let me log on. Was great when it worked. Don't know why the theater advertises an app that doesn't work!
