I have deleted and reloaded the Galaxy theatre apps four separate times and whether I have WiFi or not it will not allow me to sign in. Is there an update that can or does fix this. I have an Apple iPhone 7.

The app is good for giving me the showtimes and all. However, when ever I look at my past purchases, the app says I’ve made them at a location in Nevada. This is WRONG, I live in California. Unless someone is using my account in Nevada, or I’m taking back to back flights just to watch movies. Aside from this, I suggest if the location preferences on the app can be fixed.

I really like this app. I only give it one star because there’s a pretty costly flaw in the booking portion. When booking seats days in advance, you’ll may end up having back out a few times to the showtimes page. When this happens, the app resets the showtime days back to the present day. If you’re not careful, then you may end up booking seats on the wrong day. And Galaxy doesn’t refund your money when you show up after that movie, for that time you booked, has shown. So use caution when booking your movie with this app.

App fails to connect to Galaxy to get movie data. Many of my friends have the same complaint, so it must be a systemic issue.

It worked great for a while, but has not worked for months now. Can't search movies, buy tickets, even being able to sign in is a rarity. Please fix, it's embarrassingly broken.

I used to love this app. When it worked. What happened? As a long time rewards member the app used to be awesome for ordering tickets. Now I can't get logged in or it won't show the movie times. Most of the time it's just stuck in the loading mode. Please fix it!!!!!

This app was nice however now all it says is loading.. It seems as though the people I charge of keeping the app up to date don't care either due to the amount of time that has gone by with people stating how terrible the app is.
