The app is good for the most part. It would be nice to be able to order drinks (including alcohol) and food for quick pick up through the app. You could verify ID upon pick up for age verification.

Y’all. You pay a booking fee to maintain the website and app, which is done through a third party company that Galaxy has to pay. It’s not cheap. These booking fees are common across every movie theatre for purchasing tickets online. To the people saying that the show times are off: in short, they’re not. The website and app are updated directly from the movie scheduling system. You’re probably looking at the wrong theater. To the people that buy tickets to the wrong theater and blame the app: nope, user error. When you select a “favorite” theatre, it just puts it on top. You’ll get tickets for whichever theatre you actually select. The app doesn’t randomly assign a theater.
Rewards Program

Very difficult to find information on the loyalty rewards program. I signed up online and recently discovered I needed a physical card to receive rewards. They should have an option to scan or access from the app, especially for making purchases at the concessions. Have tried to redeem my points but the app gets stuck, and does nothing. Also, the page claims to support Apple wallet, but there is no option to add your purchase pass to Apple wallet.
