Better than nothing, but could be improved

I'm glad this app exists, but it could be significantly improved: 1. Allow purchases with Apple Pay. 2. Allow purchased tickets to be added to Wallet. 3. Better error handling at purchase time. For example, I tried to purchase tickets with an AMEX card. The error was "Internal error." That's not very helpful.


Can't edit card info. On app or internet

Internal error 500 message every time I try to save new info. Signing into Galaxy rewards on the internet, doesn't save any info. FIX IT!!!!!

Downloaded app but not user friendly to join. Wants email and password but says not correct. Of course not! Unless you join.

This app will not remember my login. It is a utterly frustrating to have to log in every single time that I want to make a purchase. It used to remember me for short periods of time but has now apparently lost even that minimal memory with one of the recent updates. If they ever get around to fixing that, they may as well build in Apple Pay. Of course I'm dreaming... And while I'm on a rant, the additional charge for the "booking fee" of $1.50 per ticket is a money-grabbing scam. While it is true that it's convenient for customers, it is even more convenient for Galaxy who does not have to pay for warm bodies who would otherwise help customers with their purchases.


What’s wrong with this app???

So been using this app for over a year now and it’s been pretty smooth with a few exceptions like cannot use a the voucher part, recently tho I’ve been kicked out of my app membership and will not let me sign back in due to wrong password which I’ve entered numerous times now getting the same message which I know my password is right, even tho I still tried to reset my password but get the message my email is connected to multiple accounts. Obviously it’s something wrong on your end so please hurry and fix I would love to use my voucher I have. Thanks

The app sometimes doesn't work so I have to close it and open it back up. I also hate that I have to re-log in to use my rewards.
