Pug Girl ??

The app is great I creat cute pictures but I have one problem. Whenever I try to put the music on, it crashes. Please fix this "bug" because I am sick of it.

I used to love this app, but something has gone wrong and now every time there's new content, I have to delete the app (and all of it's content), re-download the app, and then I can see the new content - but I have to restore all of my prior content. It's such a pain, I've quit using it.

Fuzel used to be my fave collage app. Something happened and we're no longer able to download freebies (they cost credits now) and the recreate templates are no longer available. What happened?!? Please change back to the fun app I knew and loved.

I truly love this app and ive been purchasing several frames. I just wish you have more filters to choose from. My heart is sooo happy creating scrapbook for my babies using your application.

Bug report - own pictures

I love everything about it but it will only work with square photos. If I'm wrong, please tell me how. I use it a lot with one photo as a framer. It's great!

Edited: I'm sorry but this app USED to be awesome. And I see now there's been no updates since Dec. 2016, they must have abandonsmed ship! Now I have nothing but problems when trying to get their "freebies" or trying to recreate their layouts to earn points. I've been trying to get some support since 9/15 and never heard back. Very disappointing, this was a great app once yin a time! I love this app. I've tried...and deleted...several others. This is the only picture app I use now. I can make little collages for my business as well as birthday greetings and just for fun. Anytime I've had a question, some one has gotten back to me immediately. Only thing that could make it better was if I could use it on my desktop too!

Terrible Support

This app itself is a good app. The customer support is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, or any other similar word. I’ve emailed numerous times and only heard back the very first time I emailed them and that took like a month. I’ve completed numerous offers to earn free credits for their purchases and have never received any of them. This was my reason for emailing support. They told me to let them know the amount of credits I was missing and the would add them manually and this was the last time hearing from them months ago. Also, they have what they call a “freebie” every week, but it’s never actually free. It always costs.

Loving this app! I’m creating collages for myself and also for my business to share on social media. The practice Fuzel Challenge that they have to earn free credits taught me a TON about how to use the app. Highly recommend doing that. Have some suggestions for additional stickers but already lots to choose from and looks like they update seasonally. Just need some good sports ones!
