Why is this on App Store?

I don’t understand why a paid for app is on the App Store when it’s not functioning. Seriously broken obviously abandoned. Do NOT download.

I would not recommend spending any money on this app as it is no longer working, you pay for features and they do not work, you try to email them thru the app and it will not let you send the email. Should be shut down as they will accept the money but will not give what you paid for. That should not be legal!

Been using this app consistently for a long time and then all of a sudden it seemed to stop loading and error messages keep popping up. This is so sketch, especially for people who invested in it. Not good business at all. There should be some kind of penalty to the developer for an app to just stop functioning without warning.

App doesn’t work now. Have spent over 100.00 in packages that now won’t download into my phone. Got a new phone. Said it restored a. My packages but will not download them. Keeps saying oops something went wrong.
WAS Great. APP is now Dead. No service.

This used to be a Fun program. Despite a few wonky things that occurred when manipulating elements, the program was very addicting. I thought the designers would address the issues that bothered users. Customer service was great and they used to be very responsive. Now... crickets. The app used to include frequent challenges that earned you credits. Now: a blank screen. It's was like a game, a tutorial and a design app all rolled into one. Now... it’s slowly fading like it’s in hospice. It used to be so worth the purchase price. Now: what a shame. It was really a great idea and a fun app.

This used to be my go-to app. I’ve spent a lot of money buying credits and the app hasn’t been working well for months. I keep getting a “something went wrong ☹️” error message. I want a refund, but there is no way to contact the developer. Thieves.
