Terrible Support – Fuzel Collage Review

This app itself is a good app. The customer support is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, or any other similar word. I’ve emailed numerous times and only heard back the very first time I emailed them and that took like a month. I’ve completed numerous offers to earn free credits for their purchases and have never received any of them. This was my reason for emailing support. They told me to let them know the amount of credits I was missing and the would add them manually and this was the last time hearing from them months ago. Also, they have what they call a “freebie” every week, but it’s never actually free. It always costs.
