App keeps crashing very frustrating.

Seems easy... but also awkward

Seems easy. Choose pics, add music! But: 1. Some pics just aren’t in my video. I have NO idea why they just drop. 2. Can’t add or delete pics after video is done. (If there’s a way, I couldn’t find it despite searching!) 3. Hard to sync song I chose to start and end with the video. Song was chopped off despite my selecting the option that I THOUGHT would sync them up. 4. Overall, VERY FRUSTRATING. If you want something fun and quick this is good. But if you care about DETAIL and might want to edit, good luck. I just kept creating NEW videos because I couldn’t edit the existing. Ugh. Annoying.

I’ve had this app for years and have many purchases for frames, labels, stickers, etc. Well when I got a new phone and tried to download my previous purchases it will not work. Keeps saying to retry. I’ve tried many times in many different places. And when I emailed support, I received NO RESPONSE! You took my $ and now will not give me what I paid for. Will not give a better rating until this is fixed.

This app used to be my go-to editing app, but it’s awful now. None of my purchases moved to my new phone (same account), it doesn’t work well with iOS 12, and it’s just pointless. If they would just update it and bring back support, I think it'd be fine, but it’s currently awful.

8/3/2029 post script. Though I love the ingenuity of the app, I went from five stars to three because I forgot that the support link is useless.... it sends you to some kind of message free trial. We have to get hold of you. 8/3/2019. I use the pictures for collages and the music fit background playing. These have produced interesting and great presentations of a mini-video. I like this app. I don’t have a need for the other features. Lots of template options to select from. Seems sad that the Developers have not responded to anyone’s concerns in their review. Gives the impression they skipped town. This has much more potential. Please let us know you care and provide app updates and that you are back on the saddle.

Like the additional frames and stickers you can buy. But then when you go to buy them they don’t allow purchase. Then if you can buy more credits, good luck applying them to purchases on items to use. Sad cause some of it is really cute. Super annoyed. I have signed out and then in again, then uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Sad and annoyed.
