Malfunctioning App

When I downloaded and attempted to make an animated collage. It only displays a few random photos with a lot of blank space. Can't seem to get it to work on iOS. Oh well this will end up in the deleted app list.

Very upset! I have contacted them to report issues, not getting freebies or collages to win Point since 2016 and they will not fix! Will be deleting app!

This used to be a great app, but lately it has fallen WAY off. It crashes or freezes often. I can rarely do the weekly challenges or download the weekly freebie or even the new collections unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. This also requires downloading all the collections I bought—again, which takes a long time. Sad demise to a once great app.

I LOVED this app. Used it on all my Instagram posts, but I forgot about it for a time because I didn’t post and when I came back neither the freebies nor the layouts for points worked, but I thought it might have been because it was the end of the month. I tried and tried again some time later and I assume the creators abandoned it??? Which is severely disappointing!! I hope it starts working again but I will still be using whatever stickers and frames I had been able to acquire. I am reluctant to return to the old method of collecting points since it’s usually either one or two at a time from videos and one sticker/frame/font is almost 50 :/

I purchased hundreds of frames, stickers etc. and just now I wanted to create a collage and they want me to pay credits for them when I already purchased them months ago. That's not right to charge again. I want all of my money returned if I can't reuse them. Also the real kicker is the 'freebie' of the week is not free. They want 49 credits for it. What's up with that? Anyone else have the same issues?

This app was great, but recently it keeps crashing and errors keep appearing when trying to download frames or play for credits. Needs an update, fast!

No support! Any help links in this app. end at a dead end. Your able to still work on pictures but unable to participate in collage challenges. Careful in purchasing extra content, not sure if you'll be able too and the question is, if so how long until the app becomes useless?

PLEASE HELP!!! I use this app for ALL my photo scrapbooking needs however, it’s not loading newer packages that have been purchased, it’s freezing when I go to accounts to try to download a package! It doesn’t show the packages on the IPad like it does the IPhone! Can someone from Fuzel please fix the bugs and update! Thank you!

i think the developers abandoned this project :( This App is very easy to use , there's a huge selection of digital embellishments that you can use , every week you can grab some freebies , you can earn credits completing Collages or buy credits From the AppStore , I fully recommended , I'm in love with this app.
