Purchased features don’t unlock

Purchased a “film pack” and it never unlocks, regardless of how many times I click to Restore Purchase. I’ve tried repurchasing, and Apple recognizes that I already bought it and tries to download again, still doesn’t work. Developer support site is all in Chinese ??‍♀️

Cool app but after purchasing cannot use paid features

I paid for full features yesterday and it won’t unlock them. Restarted phone and app several times. The basic features are pretty cool though.

Exactly what I wanted, but terrible interface. The blur tool blurs the image completely regardless of the strength you set. Frustrating to use, and heartbreaking because there is some cool stuff in this app.

Not reliable

The app has some cool effects, but not everything downloads. I purchased extra filters and they would not download in the app. I tried to get a return or fix on the downloads and everything is in Japanese. No support or follow up

Unable to unlock extras

I thought it was an internet connection and purchased the locked filter more than once but app kept saying it was unable to unlock filter. Checked and seen I got charged multiple times and still don’t have the locked app.

I downloaded this App then I purchased the paid version for $ 3.99 which is supposed to come with filter and effects and for some reason it won't download I tried restoring the purchase and purchased it again and it still won't work the developer hasn't even released a update to solve this issue.

Disappointing!

I started to love this app so I decided to get the “35% Off Unlock All” deal so I can have more options! It was good... I accidentally deleted the app and when I re-download the app... everything is gone!!! They are expecting me to buy the deal AGAIN! You would think they were known that I had already bought it! Very disappointing! Waste of my money!
