Purchased features don’t unlock – Ftmimage(Retouch) - 手机p图ps软件 Review

Purchased a “film pack” and it never unlocks, regardless of how many times I click to Restore Purchase. I’ve tried repurchasing, and Apple recognizes that I already bought it and tries to download again, still doesn’t work. Developer support site is all in Chinese ??‍♀️
