2 stars for filters – Ftmimage(Retouch) - 手机p图ps软件 Review

Exactly what I wanted, but terrible interface. The blur tool blurs the image completely regardless of the strength you set. Frustrating to use, and heartbreaking because there is some cool stuff in this app.
