When I went to try and buy a filter it didn’t go through and I tried it multiple times and I even tried a didn’t filter and it isn’t going through. Is this s common thing?

I loved the app and I paid for all of the extra features got a new phone and my purchase is not restored. I’m quite mad because I hit restore purchase and it says successful but they still aren’t coming back. I have tried to contact the app’s creator but it will not work and is all in a foreign language. Help

This is by far my favorite editing app, with Capps and Vsco tying for second place. What I love about FTMimage are the filters and light leaks. I paid to unlock all the filters and love them. Some are unique colours like purple and pink, while others are similar to the tan coloured filters The Grey Layers blogger uses. The light leaks are awesome too, by far the best I’ve found on any app.

I bought it before. I tried to restore it in my new iphone. “Restore purchase” didnt work. I was but decided I would buy it again cause I love it so much. Apple (or the app) knew I bought it before and just restored it for free!!! I love this app, really.
It’s not the best but needs improvement

The app has some serious things wrong. The app flips the imagine and zooms in the image I used. And it saves zoomed in or upside down. That needs improvement.
Purchased filter pack still on lock

Trying to reach developer but not having success Love the app but I purchased a pack of filters and the pack still shows up locked and i cant use it please help with this problem Thank you
Potentially great but stole my money

I just downloaded this app and i purchased all the filters because there was a sale which was 35% off if you buy the filters all together but when I purchased non of the filters were unlocked!! I want my money back and you need to fix this!!
