locked filters

i bought the violet filter and it still says locked. the purchase went through but it won't let me use the filter. on top of that i can't find any way to get a hold of customer service to figure out how to get the filter to unlock or get my money back.

The restore button on the app didn’t work for me. Apple support was no help with this issue and I had to figure it out on my own. If you are having trouble with restoring your purchase then attempt to pay the $3.99 again and the app will recognize that this has been bought already.

I love it , but I purchased a filter pack and I never got it, like the bill went through, but it never actually gave me the filters or let me use them. That ruined it for me:/

The app works okay, but when I changed to a new phone, I cannot restore my purchase? And I bought the whole pack.. Really not cool :(

Hi I bought the “unlock all filters” and it’s telling me I didn’t and that they’re still locked. I tried restore purchase and it told me it was successful but it isn’t :( please help

Good but a few suggestions...

I honestly love this app and all the filters but the only problem I have is that I can’t undo something, like if I make a mistake I can’t go back and fix it, therefore having to start again. Also this isn’t a complaint but just a suggestion maybe you could put a before vs after button, to see what the photo looked like before vs the editing but other then that I really recommend this app it’s similar to vsco.
