I’m wondering why we are unable to edit qty for example I would like to buy a half pound of turkey from the deli and it no longer gives me an option to make request for lesser amount
Hard to find items

It’s a bit cumbersome to find past items purchased (have to click several places to find past items). It is also difficult to find items never purchased before. It would be helpful to search by a category or search for an item with a ‘like’ item list that returns similar items as well as the key word searched.
Not great if using clicklist

I got this app so I could build my clicklist order easier. It’s not easy at all. I don’t even know how to start shopping. I see the “schedule delivery” thing, but nowhere to shop. There needs to be a “start shopping” button right under that or something. All this app is good for as of now, is making grocery lists and checking your gas points. Hopefully they will update it for clicklist shoppers soon.

I love this app but the problems with it lately are horrible. When I first click on it, it will kick me off 1-3 times. It will not start the first time, ever. Then the coupons will mysteriously disappear. So when I go on to see what coupons that I have it says I have none. A little while later I will have 96, shortly after I will have 82 and then back to none. When I try and reload the coupons it will say “experiencing technical difficulties. The problem is that this is ALL the time. There is also an add going around about signing up for SMS alerts and to sign up using the app. There is no place to sign using the app. Please fix these issues so that I can give you 5 stars. I love the store and shop here almost every day.

This is a very frustrating app. Refining coupons so I don’t see irrelevant categories doesn’t work that well. Heavily pushing ClickList, which have no interest in. Add coupons and they aren’t there. Re-add the coupons and message states they are already loaded. Doesn’t help if I can’t see them. Tired of seeing - we are experiencing technical issues. Maybe time for a new grocery store.
App is not user-friendly

The app is not user-friendly for online purchases for click list. Items have to be individually looked up or selected from history; I wish shopping list were synced with click list. I also wish comments could be made such as if an earlier pick up time becomes available to contact me. Also if I could have scanned my paper coupons, Pick up would be faster.
Friday download & 25 days of Christmas

No longer get Friday downloads via the app & 25 days of Christmas couldn't get on the app either. What's the point of an app if you have to sign-in to the website for those things that used to be on the app. Fix it, please.

As a working wife and mother of two school age kids, who is also expecting, you can imagine how much time and energy I don’t have to go grocery shopping. Click list has been such a blessing for my family and I. As I start to get low on an item I add it to my cart in click list and finalize it in the morning before I send in my order. It also saves me money because I’m not trolling through the isles looking for things I don’t need and it gives you a total every time you add something to your cart so you can budget better. Grocery shopping in my pajamas while drinking a cup of tea or coffee is the best invention for this busy Mama. Thank you Fry’s for saving me time and money!!
