I am in love with ClickList!

The best

Norman O

I recently bought a pc from Fry’s, and honestly i love it, it plays smooth with a high definition quality, while maintaining a good amount of fps.

Great app but some flaws

NolanYAZ

We love the app with only a couple of gripes. It tends to lock up at times and the integration with Click List is a bit clunky.

Some issues

HdhajahvauAnavs

I continue to have to sign in over & over. The ap constantly tells me it’s having problems now, try again later.

Ordering

Boo boo ri

Could not submit my order. Form would not accept my telephone number. I had to call customer service and was on phone for a long time. Problem resolved thanks to Autumn. App is NOT user friendly.

Improvement is needed

Magua50

You need to improve the app so that spelling can be close and find options and for instance I wanted peach flavored tea bags but could not search for them

Best Store by far

Germanchicky

This location is the cleanest with the nicest staff ever.

Fry’s (Kroger)Clicklist not apple friendly

Chris74z

In the past I have spent half an hour making a Clicklist order only to have it disappear or not be placed. Their IT department says oh sorry we aren’t compatible with Apple. Then I’m told it’s fixed, but it isn’t. My order wouldn’t place on my phone, then on my tablet it would place until I got to the phone number. It wouldn’t take my 10 digit number, but would take 555-555-5555. It is a required field. It is also where my coupons live. I can’t wait to pick up and have the hassle of going through each digital coupon. Kroger, you need to get Apple friendly. There are a lot of us Apple users out there.

Horrible program, good luck registering your card!

So I walk into my local Fry’s Food in order to buy some items on sale. I find out that I now have to download their app and register my card to get the digital coupons and the advertised sale price. I put in my email address and phone number that’s associated with it and it says my info is incorrect. I go to the customer service counter who says I have the correct information and it should be working. After she cannot figure it out either, I figure I’ll just register for a new card. So I follow that link to get a new card set up and put in my only phone number, and guess what!? I can’t use my only phone number because it’s already linked to my other card! So I try to call their customer service line since the store employee was no help and get a message that there’s a long wait due to high call volume. Rather than wait, I put back my groceries on the shelves where I got them and left the store. Congratulations Fry’s, you’ve just lost a loyal shopper all because someone had the bright idea that you can’t get the sale price without your digital coupons! It’s not enough that we’ve already registered our personal info on your shopping card, but now you’re making it near impossible to actually get the items you advertise as being on sale. Luckily Walmart does price matching without having to use your poorly designed app. You may want to reconsider this decision as there are many older people who would have given up long ago at trying to figure out your app.

App a bit unfriendly

Jaymegmom

App is a bit slow today and shopping list took very long to load.
