can’t log in – Fry's Review

I don’t know if I’m the only person with this problem, but it’s extremely frustrating. Every time I try to log in on this app, it tells me “please log in with your frysfood account.” I know I’m using the right email and password, because I can log in online on a desktop, no problem. Not sure if this is just a problem I’m having, or a common one? Any help would be great.
