The theme of Frozen Frenzy Mania caught my eye and I thought it would be an enjoyable game for the summer. As soon as I passed roughly 30 levels or so, the "blizzard" obstacle made it more frustrating than fun. Deleted.

Do you know how upsetting it is when you get down to just needing 1 more move to complete a level but don’t really have it unless you watch a promo video, but then the game freezes when you get back to it and the only way to fix it is to close the app & restart it? Well hopefully this 1 star that I’ve given you will help you to understand my frustration.

I got this game so I could live stream on my musically account: @duhitzbrookiecookie_ if you wanted to know. It is very easy to start a live stream BUT you can’t see anything on the stream types!! I have to get my iPad to watch what my fans are asking. It shouldn’t be that hard! To improve show what fans are asking on the screen. But, the game automatically shuts off the microphone when live streaming. That’s so annoying! I was 30 minutes in and I realized that it wasn’t on!!! Ug!!! At least tell me before I start live streaming that the mic is off. It would be helpful! Plus, I have notifications on for all of my games, but this game takes it WAY to far! I got 22 notifications on ONE DAY! It’s so annoying! If you get this game make sure you turn the notifications off! Please change this!!!

I was looking for a challenging game that I could actually enjoy playing and found this. I’ve had it a few months and absolutely love it!! I don’t have any issues or freeze-ups (as other reviews may have mentioned). You will end up paying for more lives eventually because it’s so addicting. Lol

The adds now take over your phone and force you to watch them and will not let you exit to make a call or anything else... They can shove this crap where the sun don’t shine...

I love this game but I bought extra gems to add extra moves and after subtracting the gems the game would not let me make any moves. This happened before. I contacted support and got a reply right away saying there was no way for them to reimburse the gems. So basically I was out of luck. It was easy enough for them to take my gems. I guess I just won't buy anything else from this game then. I've had other games replace lost items, don't know why they're unwilling to do so after I paid for them.

Lost all progress

I ❤️ this game. But when I got a new phone it wouldn’t update my progress. Every other game updated my progress when I connected to FB except this one. It made me start over at the beginning, when I was on Level 519 on my other phone. This is the only game that didn’t sync my progress despite repeated attempts, disconnecting and reconnecting to FB and power cycling. It just won’t sync. That’s more than a year’s worth of progress down the drain. Very disappointing. At this point if I could give it no stars I would because I’m so frustrated. And it was my favorite game prior to this. Grrrrrr Edit: it also screws you out of prizes sometimes. It will say you’ve won a prize but it doesn’t show up. Like for watching a video, or for a community event. Like I just collected a free hour of play, but it’s not there. Just my normal 5 lives. The game is fun but that part is frustrating.

Absolutely love the game but it’s sad when you complete a level and get some unlimited time then BAM you can’t even go another level because it’s not available! AND not for days and days does the new levels appear! What terrible support for customers! REALLY SAD!

At least one in five games just quits

Game shuts off in the middle of a game for no apparent reason and life is lost and game progress is lost too.
