Poor customer support – Frozen Frenzy Mania Review

I love this game but I bought extra gems to add extra moves and after subtracting the gems the game would not let me make any moves. This happened before. I contacted support and got a reply right away saying there was no way for them to reimburse the gems. So basically I was out of luck. It was easy enough for them to take my gems. I guess I just won't buy anything else from this game then. I've had other games replace lost items, don't know why they're unwilling to do so after I paid for them.
