Lost all progress – Frozen Frenzy Mania Review

I ❤️ this game. But when I got a new phone it wouldn’t update my progress. Every other game updated my progress when I connected to FB except this one. It made me start over at the beginning, when I was on Level 519 on my other phone. This is the only game that didn’t sync my progress despite repeated attempts, disconnecting and reconnecting to FB and power cycling. It just won’t sync. That’s more than a year’s worth of progress down the drain. Very disappointing. At this point if I could give it no stars I would because I’m so frustrated. And it was my favorite game prior to this. Grrrrrr Edit: it also screws you out of prizes sometimes. It will say you’ve won a prize but it doesn’t show up. Like for watching a video, or for a community event. Like I just collected a free hour of play, but it’s not there. Just my normal 5 lives. The game is fun but that part is frustrating.
