Predictable

After you advance through the games it becomes very predictable whether or not you are going to win or not. Halfway into the game getting matches is at a crawl and each match doesn’t result in much. However when the game is set for you to win just about every match results in big payoffs. Becomes boring waiting for game set points to advance.

Since the update the game now has up to 16 different ads for different games that must be x’ed out before one can play! I don’t play as often as I once did and will delete this game as soon as I find a replacement game! I’m sad!

Must click thru twelve ads to play this game. When U finally get to the game another ad pops up and you must watch it or lose a life. I’m on level 835. Needs an update badly or I’m deleting this game.
Where’s the videos?

My rating for this game would have been five stars but I hate one thing. What happened to the videos you could watch to get extra lives? Not all of us have the extra money to spend on lives and gems. Please bring it back.

The game is a lot of fun, but it lowers the volume on my phone when I switch to it. I have music and sounds turned off in the game, so this is beyond annoying. I sent in a ticket to find out how to remedy this, and they just closed it. No help at all. I’m furious. There’s a forum, but you can’t log in without a magic ID you create in the app or some nonsense. So, I take a star off for their volume-adjusting nonsense and a star off for their shoddy support.

Is your game called frozen mania because if freezes? Always at the end of an extra difficult level when I’ve just got a few moves left to beat it. The only way to get it to fix is to shut the app down and lose my progress. That’s why you got only 1 star from me.

Please add more levels soon! Edit: this game is good, but there are always bugs. Please fix! The latest bug: the game freezes when I get extra moves, making me have to hard close the game and therefore losing my free moves. It causes me to lose that life and start over. Very frustrating!

I love this game but when I made it to 2400 it didn’t give me my 2 hours of unlimited lives. The next day when I completed a level it didn’t move me up.
