Fun but annoying little bugs

Fun and cute match 3 game. But it routinely has little hitches that are annoying. It's pretty generous in ways to win power ups without purchasing.

I just started playing this game I love it!! But now it froze I can’t contact the Support Team because now I can’t get in the game. I’m highly disappointed

Just started playing and was enjoying it until I started being offered 'snowflakes'. The screen is frozen, I can't play. Don't have much invested, think I'll skip it.

I ❤️ this game. But when I got a new phone it wouldn’t update my progress. Every other game updated my progress when I connected to FB except this one. It made me start over at the beginning, when I was on Level 519 on my other phone. This is the only game that didn’t sync my progress despite repeated attempts, disconnecting and reconnecting to FB and power cycling. It just won’t sync. That’s more than a year’s worth of progress down the drain. Very disappointing. At this point if I could give it no stars I would because I’m so frustrated. And it was my favorite game prior to this. Grrrrrr
