This app is really great, I understand for some people it freezes and the pages don't load but for me it worked fine! Ordering on this app is so easy as well, the sizes are perfect, everything I bought fit just how I wanted it to. It shipped insanely fast too! All the clothes look just like the photo, everything about this app is wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied and always have been with Forever 21, app or store.
Great except for wishlist

The store in general is so addictive, so add something so addictive to one's phone (which is also addictive), one is on the app for along time (haha me ?) It functions great and there are always great deals on there with easy access to everything. The only problem i have (and i think it is the same on the website) is that the amount of items one can have on a wishlist is limited (currently only 40) and to me it honestly doesn't make any sense, because its not like this is the 'cart' where one adds stuff to it and they buy those things. The wishlist is supposed to be window shopping, and if one is out walking along windowshopping downtown, it's not like the fashion police are going to come along and say "Im sorry, you have already liked (a certain) amount of clothes. You can't like anymore." Besides that one thing that really bugs me, its a great app!

This f21 app looked so promising, but was such a letdown. There's a lot of wasted time during shopping while waiting on the pauses and lags that it has. If you make one faulty click, you'll lose the page number you were on. So there definitely needs to be an option where you're able to jump to a certain page number rather than skipping through the multiple pages you've already seen. Oh and when I was ready to checkout, it asked do I have an account or would I rather log in as a guest... but once I logged in to my account my shopping bag completely disappeared!!! If I had known that was going to happen, I would've just checked out as a guest! Waste of my time! ?

I'm just trying to shop. Every time I add an item to my cart and then hit the back arrow to return to the spot where i left off, the page goes blank and I lose my spot. I'm not going to reload the "dresses" category, and then skip 13 pages to get back to where I left off, every single time I add an item to my cart. It isn't worth it. I would rather shop elsewhere. Also, the favorites option doesn't work half the time. It doesn't save some of the items I favorite. Also, it's very difficult to search for items. I have to look through hundreds of items just to find one specific type of thing. Like I said before, it's just not worth it.

I love FOREVER 21. The app is awesome and much easier to access than on the actual website!! However, one dislike is they need to add more of the items when it goes out of stock! Other than that, you good to go! :)

I love forever 21 however when I visit the actual stores they're always so large and so stocked that I find myself overwhelmed and unable to find one specific thing that I'm looking for. With the app I can find exactly what I want by searching in key words such as "floral" or "kimono" and get exactly what I want. I'll even be able to run into some things that I wasn't expecting but I adore! The downside is that the app can be a little confusing at times. If you want to add some stuff to your wish list theres a little heart button on the bottom righthand corner that you can press and TADA! However, thats only if you find something manually through the categories. If you actually search something specific for some reason you can't add the item to your wish list and the little heart isnt there. Hope they fix that soon so that I dont just have to keep adding stuff to my bag that I can't get at the moment. Overall its a good app! So many nice things that I probably wouldn't be able to spot if I just walk into the store! Plus I enjoy the reviews from other people. The app is worth it!

forever 21 is a pretty good store but holy gee their app is so bad. Nothing loads properly.
