I have no trouble or issue with this app. I don't understand why everyone seems to be having issues like loading, etc. maybe it's because you don't have an iPhone ha ha Ha.

I'm so sick and tired of having my purchases canceled & then being told that it's because of my wrong bank info. I have called my bank, & this is the 7th order that is immediately canceled and then they place a 24 hour hold time before your next purchase even after verifying my info with my bank.... Besides their customer service being the worst possible thing to deal with, their app is slow as the 90's & they seriously have some sketchy glitches!!

I love F21, but this app zooms into the pictures and I guess cuts them off too much , you can barely get a good look at the product. A lot of the time I can't see it at all, like for shoes and accessories that are small. I had to delete the app because it was just not worth the memory space when I just shop on their website

I can't see the reviews on the app and it's a huge disadvantage. Very annoying.

Save For Later never works, have to load pages multiple times to view something, can't save to Wishlist while viewing item. Not worth. Just buy and view through a browser for a smoother shopping experience.

This app is pretty good. I like the layout and everything is pretty easy to find. But it's super glitchy. Sometimes when you click on stuff it says there's nothing there. Also I've been wanting this for a while now, in-store availability, to be able to check and make sure what I want is at my local store makes my life so much easier. If I find something cute on here that I like and go to the store to buy it it's never there. The only way to know is to call all the stores and ask if they have it in stock.

The app charged me twice claiming that my address was incorrect. Now I have to wait till they open to have the second charge refunded and the crap shipped to me bc it still hasn't been ordered. No confirmation or anything.

i like this app. i can make all my orders on here and can access the clothes i want to find easily. plus i like the new layout. i do wish i could open my inbox with no problem, i still cant read whatever messages i have in there. but other than that this app is pretty easy to use and definitely #1 on my list. but thats just because i love forever lol
