The app will not let me access any part of the store. Every time I try to click on something, it exits out of the app and is very annoying. Frustrating.

This app is TERRIBLE. Some of the pages never load and its reallllllly slow sometimes. And there's a couple tabs on the right that aren't even programmed right so it's just basic html script instead of something I can actually use. Also it's so glitchy that when you go to check out sometimes it freezes and the app shuts down so you lose everything in your cart and you have to start over and look through the entire store again to find what you had. On top of everything else there's no back button so if you want to go back to the previous search you have to start over yet again.

Okay so when I first downloaded it, the app worked fine! I even ordered a bunch of clothes. But after my first order, the app kind of went downhill. It glitches all the time, for example, if you click on one of the sale buttons, it says that there are no items! Ugh this app would be soooo much better if it wouldn't glitch, please fix!

The menu selections should be broken down further by categories. If I'm looking for a top , I'm not trying to go through 78 pages of which camies are going to be listed. The app doesn't make it simpler or faster to shop on the go. Lol. Work on it pls ! Oh and I can't select specific colors sometimes because it doesn't load right. Image overlapping.

I'm not sure if it's update or a bug but the website online (computer and safari) and On the app looks different. it's happened before and you can't add stud to your bag,save stuff for later or even click on the outfit to look into details.Its more like a script. Please fix it.

I keep trying to make an account but every time I put in my birthday it denies me, no matter what age I put in so..

When I first downloaded the app it worked perfectly but with this new update so many problems have come up. It won't let you heart items or add to your wish list, and there are advertisements for clothes that when you click it is apparently "no longer in stock". It's pretty misleading. It's really glitchy and Forever 21 needs to fix this. I, along with a lot of other customers are frustrated.
