Categories Missing

Suddenly most of the categories are missing from the main menu, so I am only able to choose Jewelry, Shoes, Swim, or Brands. Some of the advertising images on the front page of the app also go to the wrong category (clicked the "SHOP PLUS" image and it took me to jewelry).

I tried so hard to order some simple tee shirts. Other than the fact that they were out of virtually every small, I found 8 items that I liked and decided to buy it because of the free shipping bonus. It was so difficult to put in an order that simple. There was nothing wrong my card, I tried multiple times, with different cards and got the same results. I don't know what's wrong with it but every time the page refreshes, any information about a card or my address was gone. It took me about 7 tries to finally give up and forget about it. Not happy :(

Don't get this app. Just shop online. Nothing loads when you click on guys or girls.
i like everything except the wishlist

the wishlist really bothers me. why is there a 40 item limit? could you increase it to 100? i'm considering making a second account so i can add more to my wishlist but i shouldnt have to do that. i do actually buy the things on my wishlist when i go to f21, because i'm a frequent shopper there, and remove things as i go. it doesn't make sense and you aren't gaining anything by limiting our access of the app and this feature. perhaps if you increased the amount of items able to be added to the wishlist i would buy more from f21 as well, since i like to check my wishlist and purchase everything i can from it. please consider changing this feature to be more accommodating to your customers. thank you!

Since it has updated, I have tried to check out items in my bag, but it says "uh oh" and claims the app AND website is down. I've tried to log in on multiple devices.
Slow, buggy, confusing

I tried the app for 10 minutes before returning to Safari to shop via browser. The categories are nice but sometimes the pictures disappear when you try to zoom in on them. Also excruciatingly slow to respond.

I added like 20 things to my cart last week and when I went back on 90% of them are out of stock. smfh.
