I love the app but sometimes I find an item I really like and I got add it to my wish list but it says "sorry item no longer exists" if they no longer carry something then they should take it off the app/website instead of keeping it on there and then letting me know I can't even get it anymore.

None of the reviews show for any of the items on the app - yet I can see it on my laptop. That's the only thing I can complain about other than that it's great.

I love to shop on the app, but there is one big downside. It's really annoying that you can't input a specific page to go to. It's really easy to lose your page if you accidentally click the wrong button, and then you have to start from the beginning, scroll down each page, and click next until you get to the page you were on. With 72 pages of women's clothing, this is a HUGE hassle for me. It's so inconvenient when I carefully get to page 40, accidentally click the wrong button, and have to scroll down and click next 39 times just to get back to my place. This needs to be fixed asap, as it makes shopping really difficult.

I cannot even reach to page 6 and the whole page disappeared . I have to start all over again ( as per other reviewer said ) and never finished the whole pages. So LAME!

I don't know what happened, but the app no longer loads in for me. I've tried deleting & redownloading, & the app only becomes a black screen after the load-in image of the models.
Where's the shoes option?

I love it when they update the app, because they always forget something. This time it's the shoes. Seriously, who gets paid to make huge mistakes like this?

Forever 21 need to get its act together. The stores are very unorganized and messy so I can never find what I'm looking for endless I spend literally 3 hours in there. So I come to the app and this way, I can easily type in and search what I'm looking for. And this makes life so much easier! Don't get me wrong it's much better than going to the store. BUT EVERYTHING LOADS SLOWER THAN MOLASSES. And I kid you not this app takes a whole two minuets to search for a pair of socks. Something needs to be done about this because I'd rather go to H&M's website instead of taking 10 minutes to look at what's inside my cart.

Why is the shoes section of the app missing? It had its own tab but now it's gone.
