You’re ready and waiting to eat, we’ve all been there. Here’s what we do: first choose between delivery and Pick-Up to fit food ordering seamlessly into your schedule. Pick-up is simple -- you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready. No more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring tasty food right to your door.

HOW IT WORKS

First, enter your address (apartment/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier head over to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time.

Worst app and customer service in history.

I ordered food via this app and the ETA kept changing between 10 minutes and 45 minutes. I tried to contact customer service to see what was going on, but the chat app told me there were 19 customers ahead of me. I waited only to be disconnected form the chat because of inactivity. No option to call them. I ended up having to drive to the restaurant to pick up my food myself. The restaurant was also trying to contact Foodora to no avail. I’ve since asked for a refund for the driver’s tip (the one that never showed up) and till today no answer from Foodora. Don’t download!

I used this almost every day but now App doesn’t work anymore. Deleted my user information and then requires a verification code that never comes.

Tried every credit card I have and wouldn’t go through. I know it wasn’t an issue with my cards. Now I’m hungry and I wasted 45 minutes trying to get this app to work. Save yourself the time and use a different app.

Man, if I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is ATROCIOUS. The app glitches, and you end up talking to a million different people about one case every time something happens because if you don't stay in the app chat feature while you're talking, the app will automatically bump you out of it altogether. They do their best to avoid giving refunds even when food is cold and late, which it is more often than not. Every driver and the servers/owners at the restaurants are absolutely wonderful people and I have nothing against them - the company itself is the problem. They do not care at all about the quality of their customer service and sadly it shows. Use at your own risk. I have closed my account and will not be using them again. Good riddance!


Foodora is fine until there is a problem

A restaurant cancelled my order, within minutes of me placing it. The app indicated it would take up to 10 business days to issue a refund, which seemed like a ridiculously long time, but fine. Three+ weeks later, I’ve still not seen the refund despite spending over on hour on chat with the app, and much back and forth via email. Now they say it was refunded, but can’t tell me when because it’s “automatic, in 3-5 days” - I’ve checked my credit card transactions and there is still no refund. No I have to spend more time dealing with the bank to get this sorted out. I keep ordering because the options for delivery service are limited, and mostly pretty bad. I really miss Seamless/grubhub :(

If there is a problem they won’t be helpful at all you’ll end up talking to several different representatives so you have to explain the whole thing over and over and no one ends up helping you with your problem

Always too busy- orders cancelled

This app is awful. 9 out of 10 times you can’t even place an order because they are too busy. But more infuriating is when you do place an order, they cancel it 40 to 60 minutes later saying they are too busy. And this is when I pre-order - shouldn’t that put me at a top of a priority list? So you wait around thinking food is coming and then they just cancel it much later with annoyingly cutesy messages and no apology for leaving you in the lurch. Ditch Foodora - go with one of the other delivery apps out there.

The order was delivered wrongly and the driver never returned with the proper one which left me with a very bad impression. Thankfully I contacted customer service and they were helpful and understanding of my situation, so thank you representative and I apologize that others working with you make the company look bad.
