Foodora is fine until there is a problem – foodora Norway: Food delivery Review

A restaurant cancelled my order, within minutes of me placing it. The app indicated it would take up to 10 business days to issue a refund, which seemed like a ridiculously long time, but fine. Three+ weeks later, I’ve still not seen the refund despite spending over on hour on chat with the app, and much back and forth via email. Now they say it was refunded, but can’t tell me when because it’s “automatic, in 3-5 days” - I’ve checked my credit card transactions and there is still no refund. No I have to spend more time dealing with the bank to get this sorted out. I keep ordering because the options for delivery service are limited, and mostly pretty bad. I really miss Seamless/grubhub :(
