I was supposed to get a free trial like the app stated, but instead it charged me immediately. What! Also, after using it, it seems cool, but there are a lot less templates than before and where is the music??? All the categories show up, but there’s no music.

Their stealing money from me. My first account disappeared but I’m still being charged for it and all they said back to me was that the file of my account is lost. Before i knew this i set up another account but it had no audio so I decided to cancel it. Guess what?! It wont let me cancel even after signing in. I’m being charged for 2 accounts! Update: 9/21/19 they stopped charging me now for my first account now just have to figure out how to cancel the second one. This app currently has to many issues. Still no audio.??

I tried canceling this app with in the trial period and it still charged me 29.99 and now I can’t even see how to use this app for the money charged me. It will not let me cancel the app and when I go to the area to look for more templates to dents me to a log in for typeform?? I can not see my account or cancel it. I demand my money back or someone fix this!

It takes a few tries to learn but it makes great videos where everything can be easily customized. People often say wow how did he make those videos.

It was worth it before they lost all their stock footage. This is horrible now I have to cancel my subscription. Some people paid a year and they are stuck! They had a really good thing! But it has ended in my opinion!
