This app has allowed me to express myself in creative ways that take the boring video experience and make it into pure excitement for the eyes and ears. I love it and you will too. The UI/UX interface is awesome??????❤️ Changes are rolling out soon??♂️ I’m waiting to see when my pro subscription and premium content sync again? 5 Stars awaits pending update to subscription and features.

Seems like as soon as you launched the desktop version, you seriously limited the app. Half the videos I used to use are missing.

Many users have been paying for the service and all the sudden you guys don’t tell us you are changing providers for stock images or videos instead of letting people know with a simple notification. I better NOT get charged until this is fixed or i will be disputing with my CC company. Please STEP UP your Mickey Mouse customer support which is non existent.

Just canceled my subscription. I use it on my iPhone with very slow response. Limited video options as well. Not worth a monthly fee. I suggest making this app free until all kinks are worked out.

Update: Long story short I canceled my subscription but then decided to give it another try. Updated this weekend and now it won’t work at all! Sooooo disappointing! Bye, bye...this time for sure! ******************* I would give 5 stars if it would stop crashing on me almost every.single.time.I.use.it!! The very few times it hasn’t crashed I have made some amazing videos for my small business. I have super fast WiFi connection, using IPhoneX so the problem is internal to the app. I’m even paying the monthly fee to remove the watermarks. Please fix it or sadly will have to stop membership.

I have a monthly subscription for $9.99 and now that I want to view/use video content nothing comes out only like one video. For example at first it was alright I would do a promotional video and search for food and had a lot of selections, now I don’t. And I even checked if I was subscribed just to see if that was the problem but no.
What is wrong???

I do not understand what is going on with your service, I paid the PRO membership and I can’t see any options of photos or videos. I thought you had a glitch so I wait a week but this problem is still going on. I sent messages to your support team and nothing. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. Please fix your problem or give me my money back.
