I thought I was getting a good app! Only to find out that there are hardly any templates AND when looking for support, the website goes to a PARKED landing page!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased this app when it first came out. Delightful to work with, until recently. The search for “royalty free” videos and pictures yields only pictures that look as if a 3 yr old colored them, spotty audio, and there are glitches you’d expect to be worked out by now. I’ve gone back to using RIPL, this app was a total waste of time and money. And amazingly, you can’t get in touch with the developers via their website.

Paying for subscription without benefits

I have been paying for the subscription for Flyr and for the last 3 months I have not had access to no more than 8 of the permafrost videos. I hoped it was a glitch, but not corrections have been made. I would appreciate this issue be corrected otherwise I’ll have to cancel the subscription and delete this app.

One of the worst apps i have ever experienced! Nothing but glitches! For the past week i have had no access to the getty videos so you don’t get what the subscription says you will! 2/18 update: still nothing but problems here! They don’t get it right by Monday I’m canceling my subscription!
